Hutt Electric Supply Inc.offers affordable, flat-rate shipping for all orders, based on order size.  Domestic shipping will be calculated as follows:

Zone 1:ND,SD, MT, MN, WI, IA, NB, IL, IN, OH, KY, TN, AL, MO, LA, AR, OK, MS & MI
Zone 2: MT, WY, ID, UT, CO, NM, AZ & TX
Zone 3: WA, OR, NV, CA, ME, VT, NY, NH, MA, RI, CN, NJ, DE, MD, DC, PA, VA, NC, SC, GA & FL
Zone 4: HA, AK & VI

Expedited orders (3-day, 2-day delivery, overnight delivery), are available for an additional fee.

Actual shipping charges will be charged for Large and Heavy items, including Racks, Wire and other oversize packages. You will be notified that additional charges apply in the comments section of your order status once the order is processed.

UPS does not normally deliver on Weekends, a 2-day package shipped on Thursday will not be delivered until the following business day (Monday through Friday, unless a holiday occurs). An Overnight order shipped on Friday will not be delivered until the following business day (Monday through Friday, unless a holiday occurs). If you require an order by Saturday you must specify on the order in the comment section that is okay to charge actual shipping for Priority Overnight plus a $12.50 Saturday delivery fee.
For some, more remote, delivery locations, US Postal Service or UPS is used.

Orders shipped to Canada will incur additional charges. You will be notified that additional charges apply in the comments section of your order status once the order is processed. At this time, we regret we cannot accommodate orders outside of Canada and the United States (Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are acceptable).

Hutt Electric Supply Inc. uses UPS for the majority of its deliveries.

ORDERING:
Orders can be placed 24 hours via our web site: http://www.hutt-online.com/osc.

SAME DAY SHIPPING:
All orders placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Time (Monday - Friday) may be shipped the same day, F.O.B. Abbotsford, WI, based on product availability.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover with no additional charge for credit card payment.

INSURANCE:
Orders under $100 are automatically insured by FedEx or UPS. Orders greater than $100 will incur an additional insurance fee if requested.

REFUSALS/INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Any orders that are refused or are undeliverable will be charged shipping fees and a restocking fee of 10% of the invoiced amount. FedEx and UPS impose a $10 address correction fee, which Hutt Electric Supply Inc. will bill you for if an incorrect address is given at time of order. This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect street addresses, missing suite/apartment numbers, or incorrect ZIP code. To avoid both this $10 charge and shipping delays, please confirm accurate shipping information at time of order.

DROP SHIPMENTS:
Manufacturer special orders, large orders and expedited orders may also be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer to your location. Hutt Electric Supply Inc. does not charge for drop shipments.

STOCKING/SHIPPING OF ITEMS:
We will try to maintain an adequate inventory of many of the popular items listed for sale on our website. However, due to the variability of color choices and constant upgrades of the highly technical products listed, it may not be practical to physically stock some items listed. In those cases, we will rely on the manufacturer of the product having adequate inventory supply. If we have the item in our stock, we will ship to you within 2 business days (unless expedited shipping is requested). If we do not have the inventory in stock and can drop ship from the vendor, we will make every effort to work with the vendor to ship from their location within 2 business days. If the vendor will not allow drop shipments, we will request expedited shipping from the vendor to our location and in turn, ship out to you the same business day as we receive the material from the vendor. If the vendor is out of stock, we will let you know and provide an estimated shipping date.

BILLING/SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES:
Shipping or billing discrepancies (misshipped items, missing items, incorrect charges, etc.) must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receipt of package.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: Every effort is made to pack your goods to prevent damage during shipping; however, if damage does occur, you must notify Hutt Electric Supply Inc. within 5 days of receipt of package. We will file a claim with the carrier, and upon credit from the carrier, we will issue credit to you. FedEx and UPS reserve the right to inspect packaging and damaged products; credit may not be issued if packaging is not available for inspection. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please ask your courier to make a note of the damage at time of delivery.

DEFECTIVE OUT-OF-BOX RETURNS:
Hutt Electric Supply Inc. understands how frustrating it is to receive a defective product. Subject to the product manufacturer warranty requirements, we will replace defective products returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packing, and the carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product, including all manuals, etc. Do not write on or use the product packaging as a shipping box. You pay shipping to us, and we will pay for domestic return shipping to you via FedEx Express Saver, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Due to manufacturer warranty requirements, some product may not be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

ALL RETURNS:
All return requests must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. During this 30-day period, all new and unused products that are currently manufactured, in their original packaging with all hardware and manuals, and in resalable condition, can be returned without a restocking fee; installed items cannot be returned. You must pay shipping to us. Product not meeting these criteria, in most cases, cannot be returned or is subject to a restocking fee. Due to copyright laws, software, books, and manuals are not returnable. Wire is also not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable and returns must be sent to Hutt Electric Supply Inc. freight prepaid. Hutt Electric Supply Inc. is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipping. Our RMA request form must be completed before an RMA number is issued. To obtain an RMA request form, contact us at (715) 223-3651 or through our website form. RMA numbers ensure proper credit is issued or replacement product is handled correctly. You must write the RMA number on the outside of the package you are returning, not on the manufacturer’s package. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from date of issue. Returns without an RMA number on the box will be refused. Note: It is the customer’s responsibility to verify compatibility and customer commitment prior to ordering and installing any items. There are no returns on special order merchandise.

Replacements for defective item(s) will be shipped with no shipping charge after we have received the defective item(s) and they have been inspected and verified defective per manufacturer’s standards. The customer is responsible for shipping arrangements and charges to return the defective item(s) to Hutt Electric Supply Inc.. Advanced replacements are available upon request for some product lines. The customer (you) is responsible for purchasing the replacement before it is shipped. Credit will then be issued upon receipt of product and credit issued to us from the manufacturer. We will not ship replacement product without payment even in the case of defective items.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:
Some items are special order and cannot be cancelled or returned once we place the order for them unless they are defective.

Manufacturers Warranties
As a rule, most products carried by Hutt Electric Supply Inc. feature a minimum of 90-day warranty direct from the manufacturer. Some warranties extend further. In all cases where the product was purchased more than 30 days prior, warranty issues should be handled through the manufacturer. However, we also realize that some manufacturers handle warranties better than others, and we are glad to answer any warranty questions you may have.

Manufacturer warranties often require that you send the product directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. In these cases, be aware that you may not have use of that product for some time.
Some manufacturers will only warranty from authorized dealers like Hutt Electric Supply Inc.. Purchasing products from unauthorized dealers will void your warranty.
