Rental Protection 10% of total rental chargeOptional protection against catastrophic loss or accidental damage of equipment. The maximum out of pocket charges for any damage/loss would be $200.00 including the premium billed. Without this
protection, in the case of total loss, renter would be responsible for full replacement value of equipment.. Delivery $30.00 per 10 miles round trip
(additional $10.00 fuel surcharge when price of fuel exceeds $3.00/gal) Daily rentals - 8 hrs. delivery/pickup from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Weekly rentals - 5 days, delivery/pickup from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Mon. - Fri.
Monthly rentals - 30 days total
Weekend rentals - delivery/pickup from Fri. by 4:30 p.m. return by Mon. 9:00 a.m. MiscellaneousAll equipment must be returned in clean, workable condition.
Any damage/repairs beyond normal wear and tear will be charged out at full repair rate plus parts.
Unreparable damages to equipment requiring replacement of equipment will be charged at replacement cost unless rental protection has been purchased (see above).
All equipment must be refueled to full levels. Equipment requiring gas/fluids will be charged full rate of all fluids plus a $25.00 surcharge.
